Is bigger watts output speaker better?
Bigger watts output is not always the best choice as you would not want to have loud sound blasting directly at your guests. Some venue would require us to control the volume output as well so having more placement of speakers and providing even volume of sound is more important than renting large output speaker.
What are the working hours for the audio technician or DJ ?
Our audio technician/DJ would usually arrive to your venue at least one to two hours prior the event to setup and would need another one to two hours after the event for tear down. The pricing that we offer to client would include both actual setup and tear down time as well as work hours.
Is there any fee for consultation?
We provide a free consultation before you book with us. We will list out things that's needed for your event during the meeting with no hidden cost.
Do I need to provide vendor meal for the audio technician or DJ?
Vendor meal would be required if your event is more than 2 hours of duration (exclude setup and tear down time) .
Is there any travel fee or additional fee?
Our studio is located in Markham so if your venue is within approximately 20km away from our studio then no travel fee would be required.

What is the payment structure?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining balance would be paid 10 days before your event date.
Is there any cancellation fee?
Other than the non-refundable 50% secure deposit, there's no other fee.
Can I reschedule and would there be any reschedule fee?
Client can request for a reschedule provided there's 60 days or more notice given and that we have availability. There won't be any fee for reschedule if there's 60 days or more notice given. If enough notice was given but we do not have availability for your requested date, we would return 20% of the secure deposit back.
A reschedule fee would occur if there's more than one rescheduling.
Would there be a contract/invoice provided?
Yes, there would be a contract with invoice that shown all the cost and tax.

Yes, we provide extra discount for Simple One Love studio or Gallery One Production's client. Feel free to let us know prior for your booking so that we can apply the discount.
